Before founding Excel Web Design in 2011, he spent years honing his skills as a business consultant, developing a specialism in what he calls ‘the digital flow’: mapping every process, handoff, and system within a business, stripping out unnecessary complexity, and then digitising what remains as cleanly as possible.
